Spring Campaign

FALL CAMPAIGN

Through a long-term partnership with PBS Kids, the Fall campaign's main focus is education reaching kids, parents and teachers. The campaign will raise funds to support education for kids through public broadcasting as well as increase awareness on the health benefits of eating fresh produce. Produce for Kids is the exclusive partner of PBS KIDS in the supermarket produce department.

The campaign features PBS KIDS character Hooper, a loveable, child-like hamster that has many questions just as a 6 year old child would that need to be answered. Through Hooper's help, kids will learn the importance of eating fresh fruits and vegetables.

PBS Kids is A Powerful Partner

  • PBS Kids is providing the tools necessary for positive child development.
  • PBS is a nonprofit media enterprise owned and operated by the nation's 355 public television stations, serving nearly 90 million people each week and reaching 99% of American homes.
  • The web site pbskids.org is the number one internet destination on pbs.org, reaching over 5 million unique visitors a month.

The PFK/PBS program provides a unique platform to educate kids about the benefits of a healthy diet combined with physical activity.
