- 2 ZESPRIT GREEN or GOLD Kiwifruit (or a combination)
- 1 small tomato
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced spring onion (green onion/scallion)
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (cilantro) or parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup corn (nacho) chips
Directions:
- Peel the ZESPRIT GREEN and/or GOLD Kiwifruit then dice it.
- Halve the tomato and squeeze out the seeds. Then dice the flesh.
- Combine the fruit with the tomato, spring onion, coriander or parsley and lemon juice.
- Store the salsa and corn chips in small containers suitable for the lunch box.
