“Good for You” Apple Crisp
Yogurt Parfait
  • 6 cups Crunch Pak Sweet Sliced Apples
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoons stick margarine
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions:

  1. Combine oatmeal, flour, sugar, and spices. Cut in butter or margarine and set aside.
  2. Puncture each apple slice with a fork. Combine apples and dried cranberries.
  3. Pour apples mixture into 8" x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with oatmeal mixture. Microwave on high for 12 minutes. Sever hot with vanilla yogurt as a topping.
