- 6 cups Crunch Pak Sweet Sliced Apples
- ¾ cup oats
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoons stick margarine
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
- Combine oatmeal, flour, sugar, and spices. Cut in butter or margarine and set aside.
- Puncture each apple slice with a fork. Combine apples and dried cranberries.
- Pour apples mixture into 8" x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with oatmeal mixture. Microwave on high for 12 minutes. Sever hot with vanilla yogurt as a topping.
