Produce for Kids' (PFK) mission is to educate kids and parents on the importance of healthy eating, while benefiting kids by raising funds to support worthy causes. PFK partners with national sponsors and retailers across the country twice a year to provide a community based campaign that helps to build awareness of childhood obesity and raise funds for a worthy cause.
Our Fall Campaign occurs during the September/October timeframe each year. PFK is proud to partner with PBS KIDS®, PBS Parents® and PBS Teachers to provide you with innovative, fun ways to teach nutrition to your kids.
The campaign is funded by sponsors who make a donation to PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) the home of PBS KIDS based on how much of their product is purchased by consumers during the campaign time period. PFK is proud to announce that since 2007, with the help of our sponsors and retailers, we have raised over $600,000 for our partner!
During the fall campaign period, 100% of all donations raised directly benefit PBS and PBS KIDS educational programming, online resources, outreach materials and health initiatives. PBS is a non-profit organization that continues to achieve its mission of making a positive impact on children’s lives in a safe environment that parents trust. PBS KIDS features fun, educational programming on local PBS stations, as well as interactive games, printable activities and more that families can enjoy together.

Spring CampaignOur Spring Campaign kicks off in May and June of each year and is funded by participating sponsors who make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network based on how much of their product is purchased by consumers during the campaign time period.
During the spring campaign period, 100% of all donations raised directly benefit Children’s Miracle Network affiliated hospitals in the participating retailer’s communities. PFK is proud to announce that since the start of the PFK program in 2002, with the help of our sponsors and retailers, we have raised over $2 million for children’s hospitals.
