Southwest Chicken Wraps

For a complete meal serve Southwest Chicken Wraps with:
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, honeydew melon and orange slices
  • Glass of 1% milk

Serves 2
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 2 whole-wheat tortilla wraps
  • 4 Tbsp. roasted red pepper hummus
  • ½ cup rainbow peppers, seeded, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. (or to taste) sweet onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • 4 Tbsp. salsa
  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. guacamole
Directions:

1. Lay tortillas on flat surface.
2. Spread hummus around tortillas.
3. Lay sliced peppers, chopped onion and spinach around equally.
4. Add chicken, guacamole and salsa over.
5. Roll into a wrap, cut in half and enjoy!
