Southwest Chicken Wraps
For a complete meal serve Southwest Chicken Wraps with:
- 1 cup cantaloupe, honeydew melon and orange slices
- Glass of 1% milk

Serves 2
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 whole-wheat tortilla wraps
- 4 Tbsp. roasted red pepper hummus
- ½ cup rainbow peppers, seeded, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. (or to taste) sweet onion, chopped
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. salsa
- 8 oz. cooked chicken, diced
- 4 Tbsp. guacamole
Directions:
1. Lay tortillas on flat surface.
2. Spread hummus around tortillas.
3. Lay sliced peppers, chopped onion and spinach around equally.
4. Add chicken, guacamole and salsa over.
5. Roll into a wrap, cut in half and enjoy!
