Nacho Same Ol' Snack

For a complete meal serve Nacho Same Ol’ Snack with:
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Glass of ice water with lemon.

Serves 1
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. tortilla chips, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp. canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp. avocado chunks
  • 2 tbsp. Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup Ultrafresh salsa
Directions:

Place chips on a plate. Top with black beans and cheese. Microwave on high for approximately 20 seconds. Spread the tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce on the nachos. Top with salsa. Eat and enjoy!
