Apple Pear Gondolas
For a complete meal serve Apple Pear Gondolas with:
- Whole grain crackers
- ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
- Glass of water

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored, and cut into 4 wedges
- 1 pear, cored, and cut into 4 wedges
- 4 (2 oz.) slices of Mozzarella cheese, cut in half
- 4 (2 oz.) slices of Colby cheese, cut in half
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 toothpicks
Directions:
1. Lay apples and pears skin side down, and stack ingredients on each fruit piece as follows: Mozzarella, Colby, cherry tomato, and then pick with tooth pick.
